Services

Technology alone doesn't change a classroom.

We build custom products for education institutes and centres, train the people around the child, and advise the leaders who set the systems those people work in. Four services, all drawn from the same Human-Computer Interaction research practice.

01 — Custom product development

We build the product your institution actually needs.

Education institutes and centres rarely fit the software sold to them. We design and build custom products across the range — from edtech that children use directly to the management systems that run the institution behind them — with the same research practice that produced EAST, Rawaan and SparkEd.

Learning tools built for a specific cohort, curriculum or language
Management systems for records, scheduling, staff and reporting
Accessibility work on the software you already run
STEP 01FieldworkTime with the staff, children and families who will use it, before anything is specified.
STEP 02PrototypeSomething testable early, put in front of real users rather than described in a document.
STEP 03Build and testDeveloped and trialled in the setting it is for, not only in a lab.
STEP 04Handover and trainingYour staff trained by the team that built it, with support arranged afterwards.
02 — Workshops

Where design, learning and assistive tech meet.

Our workshops sit at the intersection of three fields that rarely get taught together. Led by accredited experts and run hands-on, they give teachers, therapists and designers a working understanding of how the three inform each other — and what that means for the children in front of them.

DesignHow interfaces include or exclude
LearningHow children actually take things in
Assistive techWhat the tools can and cannot do

03 — Talks

We remove barriers to knowledge.

Our team speaks across Pakistan — at schools, universities, conferences and professional bodies — on assistive technology, neurodiversity, and what the research says about learning differences. Sessions are adapted to the audience, whether that is a parent group or a faculty.

03 — Partnerships

Partner with us on the ground, long term.

We work alongside schools, clinics and organisations already serving the special needs community, building on live projects rather than one-off pilots. Partners get a hand with fieldwork, prototyping and testing, and a say in what gets built next. It's a relationship that grows year on year.

04 — Consultancy

Technology decisions, made with evidence.

Three strands, all concerned with the same question: where technology genuinely improves how an institution supports a child, and where it only adds work.

Digital systems

Secure, efficient systems for student records, assessments and IEPs — including technology that makes assessment and IEP work faster to run and easier to review.

Inclusion planning

Working with school leaders on a plan for an inclusive environment, and on the technology that makes it workable for staff rather than another thing to maintain.

Psychological evaluation

In-depth evaluation to monitor each student's growth, supported by tools that keep the picture current — so support strategies follow evidence rather than impression.

Tell us what your institution is working on.

Whether it is a product to build, staff to train, or a decision about systems, we can arrange one-time or recurring engagements — weekly, monthly or yearly.

Not sure which one you need?

Most engagements start as one service and turn out to need another. A short conversation is usually enough to work out which — there is no charge for it, and no obligation afterwards.
